Scape (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

All application data is stored locally on your device in the ~/.claude/scape/ directory. This includes session monitoring data, orchestrator configurations, tracking statistics, and preferences. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your session data, code, or terminal content on our servers.

Scape does not require user accounts. We do not collect email addresses or personal credentials through the application itself.

The application connects to our servers solely for license key validation. These requests transmit only your license key and a basic device identifier necessary for validation. No session data, terminal content, or personal information is included in these requests.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers. Stripe may collect device and behavioral data for fraud prevention purposes.

Our website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. All analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
